Yeovil College is launching a brand-new Festival Production Study Programme Manager role to develop a new curriculum in events management, performing arts and production arts ahead of our flagship building.

You will collaborate with employers and industry partners to shape industry-relevant modules, coordinate resources, monitor progress and ensure students gain skills for the creative industries. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead curriculum design from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Industry experience in Festival Production, Performing Arts and/or Production Arts.
• Up-to-date knowledge of developments across the Creative and Digital Industries.
• Experience in curriculum development and delivering engaging teaching and learning.
• Experience tutoring students, tracking progress and supporting achievement.

Aufgaben

• Develop new study programmes in events management, live event production, marketing and promotion, health and safety, dance, music, drama, sound, lighting and set design.
• Build strong industry networks and organise employer engagement events.
• Ensure programmes deliver the skills and experience students need to progress into the creative industries.
