Arc is hiring experienced Festival Catering Assistants to join our team for Swansea Air Show 2025 - a two day event on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th July.

If you’re confident retail caterer and bar person, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves the buzz of live music events, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For As A Festival Caterer:

• Previous retail catering experience – festivals, events, or other hospitality venues
• Confidence preparing hot food, hot/cold beverages, serving customers, and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving hot/cold food & beverages from high-volume festival catering facilities
• Operating mass-dispense or packaged product systems
• Keeping queues moving and spirits high
• Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
