Arc is on the lookout for experienced bar staff to join our festival crew for Siren Festival in Bristol and Forest Live at Westonbirt Arboretum – two iconic events that bring big names, beautiful settings, and unbeatable vibes.

If you’re confident behind a bar, great with people, and up for a summer of fun, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months’ bar experience – pubs, events, or festivals
• Confidence pouring pints, serving drinks, and handling busy service
• Great communication skills and a reliable, can-do attitude
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• Friendly, hard-working, and professional at all times

Previous event or festival experience is a huge plus!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving drinks quickly and efficiently from busy, high-volume bars
• Using mass dispense or packaged drinks systems
• Maintaining high service standards and keeping the energy up
• Ensuring responsible alcohol service and helping with crowd flow
