Registered Nurse or Midwife with experience in fertility care

We are seeking to recruit a new team member for our Fertility Service. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse or Midwife with experience in reproductive medicine and who will be confident in managing their own clinical caseload.

Main duties of the job
  • To independently manage a clinical caseload including ultrasound examination
  • To demonstrate advanced communication skills, communicating with the couple and other healthcare professionals.
  • To provide safe, effective, compassionate patient-centred care, making a positive difference to women and their partners during a vulnerable and stressful time.
  • To provide support and counselling to couples experiencing fertility issues and demonstrate evidence-based use of all management options.
  • To act as the couples' advocate, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.
