Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in fenestration or similar manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflows and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations in a window & door manufacturing facility.
• Develop production teams to meet targets across output, quality, and efficiency; implement lean processes.
• Ensure products meet industry standards and specifications; monitor KPIs like productivity and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, transport and installation teams; maintain health & safety compliance.
