Midway Fencing Contractors Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead commercial fencing and gate installation projects across the Midlands. You will manage labour, materials, subcontractors, project finances, health and safety, and client relationships from award through to completion.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, RAMS, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing fencing, construction, groundworks or civil projects.
• Strong contract management capabilities.
• Excellent client and supplier relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee fencing and gate installation projects from award to completion.
• Prepare quotations and contract pricing for projects.
• Produce RAMS and coordinate health and safety compliance.
• Forecast resource needs and manage budgets and timelines.
• Liaise with clients, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project success.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our growing team, overseeing commercial fencing and gate installation projects across the Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labour, materials, subcontractors, project finances, health and safety compliance, and client relationships from project award through to completion.

Working closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and installation teams, you will assess project requirements, preparing quotations and contract pricing, produce and maintain RAMS, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience managing fencing, construction, groundworks or civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract management.
• Experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with experience working directly with clients, suppliers, local authorities and contractors.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence.
