Job summary

Huntek Ltd is seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager to oversee both directly employed and subcontract teams for fencing and perimeter security projects across the UK. The role demands leadership, sharp commercial acumen and a track record of delivering complex contracts on time and within budget.

You will work closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, handling projects ranging from small £5k jobs to major undertakings over £1 million.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably within the fencing industry.
• Knowledge of Security Fencing/Gates/Hoarding etc.
• CSCS/SMSTS would be an advantage.
• Experienced in effectively leading teams.
• Effective influencing, negotiating skills.
• Estimating to effectively capture all variations.
• Knowledge managing project with a strong commercial acumen.
• Accurate forecasting.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Communication skills & leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

About the Role:
