Salary and Benefits

Salary range: £12.65 to £13.47 per hour, depending on qualifications.

About the Role

We support individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities, providing 24-hour support tailored to their needs. If you are experienced in supporting young people with complex needs and are passionate about making a difference, this role offers meaningful rewards and challenges.

You will help individuals build independence, maintain relationships, and achieve their personal goals, including attending college, securing employment, and engaging in community activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care based on individual support plans.
  • Engage with individuals to support their interests and skills development.
  • Maintain accurate support documentation and support plans.
  • Observe and report changes in needs to the team.
  • Promote safeguarding and safety of those in our care.
  • Help maintain and develop relationships with family and friends.
Requirements
  • Driver preferred (fully funded checks).
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • Satisfactory criminal records checks.
  • References, ID, and address verification.
