Join Our Team as a Female Waking NightSupport Worker in Droitwich!

Pay: £12.31 per hour
Position:Full-Time (36hours per week)
Location:Droitwich,WR9 (Just a 3 min drive from Droitwich Spa Train Station!)

Who Will I Be Supporting?

This is an opportunity to work at a shared supported living home for 4 ladies and 6 gents in their 20s. We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs. Maintaining close relationships with their families is essential. You will support individuals in their interests, such as:

  • At-Home Activities:Playing computer games, reading comics, watching cartoons, sensory activities, and arts and crafts.
  • Outdoor Fun:Spending time in the garden, going to the cinema, swimming, bowling, and taking walks in the park.

Ambitious support workers who enjoy new challenges every day and learning new skills would be a great match.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Ensuring Safety:Conduct regular checks to ensure the safety and well-being of residents throughout the night.

  • Promoting Rest:Provide emotional reassurance to help residents maintain healthy sleeping patterns.

  • NightSupport:Assist with personal care needs during the night, including bathroom assistance and changing clothes if necessary.

  • Documentation:Keep accurate records of activities and any incidents that occur during the night

Shift Patterns

  • Waking Night Shifts:10pm - 09:30am

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
