Female Wake Night Support Worker – Kinderley Road, Cambs

£12.71 per hour | 30 hours per week | Night Shifts

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Female Wake Night Support Worker to join our team at Kinderley Road. You’ll provide vital practical and emotional care to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviours, helping them feel safe and supported throughout the night.

This is a flexible role that requires working shifts including weekends, bank holidays, and occasional sleep-ins. If you’re positive, compassionate, and resilient, you’ll thrive in this rewarding position.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver practical and emotional support in line with individual support plans

Assist with personal care, meals, laundry, cleaning, and social activities

Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality

Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality care

Personal Characteristics

Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one)

Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, or challenging behaviour

Calm under pressure and confident working independently or as part of a team

Excellent communication skills

Passion for supporting vulnerable adults and commitment to high safeguarding standards
