LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit full-time female Support Workersto join our learning disabilities team across Newcastle. As a Support Worker you will support people to live happy and fulfilled lives within their local communities.

Ensuring individual support needs are met through person-centred tailored support that promotes choice, independence and their voice.

Pay: £12.25 p/hr (non-complex rate) - £12.80 p/hr (complex rate)

Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.

Training

  • Paid induction training:classroom-based, includes shadowing and additional online modules.
  • Additional Specialist Training:provided to all new recruits - equipping you to meet the needs of the people we support and enabling you to provide person-centred approach.
  • Training development:funded Level 3 and other accredited courses.
