We are seeking a female support worker for this role in accordance with care plans and personal care tasks involved in the role.
You must be legally authorised to work in the UK. We are not currently able to offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
Be part of an amazing expanding support team. Immediate interviews available — for new to care and experienced staff in Kent. Supporting autistic adults with their day-to-day needs and a wide range of activities including visits to theme parks, swimming, walking, and shopping. Excellent specialist training provided.
You will ideally be a driver and able to drive manual vehicles and be comfortable with driving the people we support in their mobility cars/people carriers.
On average, our starting salary for a support worker is £25,812 per year (based on a 35-hour week and including one sleep-in per week at £60 per night). Working an additional 6 hours per week (41 hours) will increase your earnings to £29,844 per year (including holiday allowance). Many of our experienced workers earn more than £30,000 per year by picking up overtime.

River Drive is a unique purpose-built service split over 2 floors, supporting 3 adults with autism. Residents participate in activities like theatre trips, wildlife parks, and coastal visits.
We seek a specialist support worker who believes everyone has the right to be involved in all aspects of their lives and can support and encourage active participation.

This permanent position offers varied responsibilities with opportunities for progression. We support individuals with complex needs, including physical and learning disabilities, on a 1:1 basis.
