A leading support organization in Wisbech is looking for a dedicated support worker to help an individual live their life with confidence and independence. The role involves providing emotional and practical support, working together with a warm and friendly approach. Key qualifications include being a driver with a full UK Driving Licence. We're looking for a warm, friendly and outgoing person to join our team, supporting a lovely lady who lives independently in Wisbech. She enjoys shopping, coffee trips, listening to music and days out, so if you love getting out and about too, you'll be a great match. This role is all about connecting, sharing interests and being there to help her enjoy life to the fullest with confidence and independence.
You'll need to be a driver with a full UK Driving Licence and happy to work a mix of shifts, including some long days, alternate weekends and occasional sleep-ins.
