Location: West Heath – B31

Salary: £12.26 per hour

Contract: 1 × 42 hours a day

• Previous experience in care is essential; ongoing training and development will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and engaging with daily activities such as medical appointments and therapeutic sessions.
• Support life‑skills training, including cooking, budgeting, and other daily tasks.
• Build reliable relationships with clients, celebrating progress and providing a trusted presence.
• Collaborate closely with the support team, communicating openly and making decisions that matter.

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same. You may start by helping a client plan the day, attend a medical appointment, or engage with therapeutic activities. In the afternoon you might support with life‑skills, hobbies or a walk and chat.
