Salary: £12.26 per hour
Contract: 1 × 42 hours a day

- Kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping others
- Supported individuals with complex needs including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.
- Experience dealing with EDUP and challenging behaviours.
- Reliable and ready to show up with purpose every day.
- Great communication skills and team orientation.
- Confident in delivering person‑centred care and promoting independence.
- Previous experience in care is essential; ongoing training and development will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and engaging with daily activities such as medical appointments and therapeutic sessions.
- Support life‑skills training, including cooking, budgeting, and other daily tasks.
- Build reliable relationships with clients, celebrating progress and providing a trusted presence.
- Collaborate closely with the support team, communicating openly and making decisions that matter.
A Day in the Life
No two days are the same. You may start by helping a client plan the day, attend a medical appointment, or engage with therapeutic activities. In the afternoon you might support with life‑skills, hobbies or a walk and chat.
