About the Role

Join our dedicated team in Poundbury, where we support four men and two women with learning disabilities and autism in their own supported living flats—all within one block. As a Support Worker, you'll help them live independently and enjoy the things they love most.

From crafting clay models and cheering on football matches to beach outings, hydro pool sessions, trampolining, baking, and music—every day brings something new and meaningful.
