The Royal Mencap Society is looking for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in Trowbridge on a part-time permanent basis. Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our team in Trowbridge on a permanent part-time basis.
We operate a registered care home where five ladies with learning disabilities live and enjoy fulfilling lives.
As a Female Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in their lives. Each individual has unique abilities and needs, and your role will be to support them in living the life they choose.

All our services provide 24-hour care. We prepare rotas at least 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your personal and social life!
*An enhanced DBS check is required for the successful candidate (paid for by Mencap, T&Cs apply).
