Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team in Taunton.
As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with unique abilities and needs.
Your responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.
Support and lone working with up to 5 people at times.

Sleep-in shifts are also available, with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
