A community care provider in St Helens is seeking Female Support Workers to assist individuals with disabilities in developing independent living skills. Full training will be provided, and drivers are required due to service needs. Successful candidates will enjoy flexible shifts and above National Living Wage pay, as well as various benefits including a gym membership discount and career progression opportunities.
This role is NOT open to applications from those who will require sponsorship under the points-based system.

We work closely with individuals and their families to develop personalized support plans that make a real difference in people’s lives.
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Female Support Workers to join our team in St Helens. We welcome candidates without previous experience, as we provide comprehensive training and guidance to help you succeed. A positive attitude, teamwork, initiative, patience, understanding, and a passion for helping others are essential qualities.
Drivers are required for this service, with a full UK/EU driving licence (provisional or international licences are not accepted) due to the Mobility Car Insurance policy.
