Mencap are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in Stamford, Lincolnshire.

As a Support Worker, you'll make a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, supporting them with daily activities and emotional needs.

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • A positive, empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities

You should have experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviour and providing personal care.

Shifts include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and bank holidays. There is also a non-contractual sleep-in option with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.

*All roles require an enhanced DBS check and references.
