Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Female Support Workers to join our team in Retford.

We are looking for part-time Female Waking Night Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.

What we're looking for:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Shift times:

  • Waking Nights: 21:00 - 07:00
