Who will I support?

Join our dedicated team supporting for people living in their own homes in Oban. Your role will be more than just assisting with daily tasks like cooking and shopping—you’ll help create meaningful moments by enabling them to enjoy activities they love, such as relaxing hairdresser visits, trips to the cinema, and social lunches at Wetherspoons.

Working shifts between 8am and 7pm, you’ll play a key part in promoting independence and confidence, while building strong relationships. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact every day by supporting individuals to live life on their terms.
