Job summary

Autism Initiatives seeks a dedicated Support Worker to join our friendly team in delivering autism-focused care. You will support individuals to live independently, participate in community activities, and promote health and wellbeing in daily life.

The role is part-time (27 hours) with a pro rata annual salary of £26,485.76, based on a 39-hour week, and includes DBS, training, and development opportunities, plus generous leave and wellbeing benefits.

Who we are looking for:

As a Support Worker, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and will enjoy joining a dynamic team that encourages people with autism to enjoy an active lifestyle. Community activities could include swimming, accessing walking groups or trips to the cinema. You will also promote health and well-being and support individuals to maintain their home. The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals.
