A prominent care organization in Frome is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals in living independently. You will support daily routines and facilitate community connections while fostering a sense of autonomy. The role requires a full UK Manual Driving Licence, and offers both full-time and part-time hours with multiple benefits including Wagestream and a health cash plan.
Hours per week: Full time (37.5 hours) Part Time hours or Weekends only
Training Provided: Full training provided. Opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
Required: Full Manual UK driving licence and be willing to drive a mobility vehicle. Sponsorship is not available for this position

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and energetic Support Worker to join our team, supporting three wonderful ladies who live in their own homes in Nunney, near Frome. Your role will be to help them make the most of each day – from morning routines to fun outings like swimming, trips to Longleat, drama and storytelling groups, meals out, and much more.
At home, you’ll provide support with cooking, budgeting, and everyday tasks, helping to maintain independence and a happy home life. A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential, as you’ll be driving a mobility vehicle to get to activities and appointments. Shifts are available throughout the week (earliest start 7am, latest finish 10pm), We’re looking to cover shifts from Wednesday to Sunday, usually starting in the evening to help with dinner, followed by a sleep-in, and then a 7-hour shift the next day. Full-time and part-time hours are available, and weekend-only work can also be considered.
