United Response is seeking a Female Support Worker in Stockport to provide compassionate, person-centred care in line with individual support plans. The role focuses on building trusting relationships and assisting with daily activities, personal care, finances, medication, and attending appointments, employment, volunteering and hobbies.

The position is full-time in Stockport with a salary of £20,000–£30,000 per year.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with people you support and help with day-to-day routines
• Assist with dressing and personal care as per personal support plans
• Help with finances and medication administration
• Accompany to appointments and activities including employment, volunteering, and hobbies
