Overview

Libertatem Healthcare Group is expanding and looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Support Workers to join their dedicated team in Plymouth, with a focus on supporting adults with varying disabilities to live independently in their own homes.

Job responsibilities

Responsibilities include empowering adults with varying disabilities to live independently in their own homes, and the role will involve:

• Supporting with household tasks and personal care
• Assisting with shopping and accessing the community
• Encouraging participation in social and leisure activities
• Administering medication and promoting independence
