Libertatem Healthcare is seeking experienced Female Support Workers for our male client in his 60s who has suffered a brain injury in Farnborough.

Hours

Monday to Sunday, Day shift: 09:00-15:00, on a rolling rota

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with rehab programmes
  • Supporting access to the community
  • Providing encouragement and motivation
  • Attending medical appointments
  • Providing full personal care

An enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided. Support from our clinical lead nurse will be available.

Weekly Pay

This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in support work alongside experienced professionals.
