What we offer:

• Location: Stroud/Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
• Salary: £ per hour, increasing to £ per hour from 1st October (base rate plus holiday pay)
• Working hours: Mix of early, late, and sleep-in shifts. Sleep-in shifts paid at £60 plus holiday pay.
• Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% extra on key dates over Christmas.

Responsibilities:

Support individuals with daily tasks such as shopping, outdoor activities, personal care, attending events, and building confidence in using public transport. Help them discover new interests, achieve goals, and maintain relationships.

You will provide high-quality care by listening to their needs, assisting with medication, cooking, and empowering them to explore new adventures.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• Experience in care
• Flexibility to work various shifts
