Job description

£15.00 - £22 per hour

We are currently seeking a Female** Health Care Assistant- Bank to support a range of wonderful clients in the Hampshire area. The locations range from Southampton and Andover to the New Forest. We have a number of complex care packages in these areas and are looking for staff to join a great team of dedicated HCAs to assist with cover for sickness and annual leave.

Flexibility is essential for this BANK role as shifts may vary and are offered on an as-needed basis to cover staff absence or changing care needs.

This is a great opportunity to work as part of a lovely team and to enhance your skills in complex care, with fantastic 24/7 clinical support.

Full training will be provided by our nursing team.

Your experience

You will have experience working as a health care assistant and be a great team player who will work well alongside our fab team. Any previous experience in complex care would be beneficial. We also look for:

Experience supporting clients with tracheostomies, PEG feeding and Suctioning would be beneficial
Experience supporting clients with Acquired Brain Injuries would be beneficial
Reliability & commitment
Passion to really make a difference to someones life
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written English
Proof of your right to live and work in the UK
