Job description

Female Support Worker (28 Hours) – Darlington – £12.72 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Sunday – 7:30am to 2:30pm, 2:30pm to 9:30pm and 9:30pm to 7:30am.

Responsibilities

Help residents gain independence in daily life, support in personal care, teach new life skills, encourage community access, facilitate social activities, and provide holistic care within a dynamic team.

Assist with negative behaviours, mental health support, following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.

Ensure residents experience quality of life improvements, support goal attainment such as cooking independently or traveling.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.

• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, behaviours of distress and mental health conditions.
