A community support organization in Hull is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide tailored support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Responsibilities include aiding clients with daily living skills and preparing person-centered support plans. Successful candidates will have social care experience and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
Female Support Worker
Ambrose offers 24/7 support to adults with Learning Disabilities and or Autism who reside in a supported living environment. We empower clients to live as independently as possible while offering structured, person-centred support and ensuring a safe living space.
As a Support Worker, you will provide 1:1 support to help clients with daily living skills, accessing the community, attending appointments, building relationships, and working toward their personal goals. You’ll work as part of a caring, resilient, and dedicated team.
We offer a mix of day and sleeping night shifts, providing support tailored to each clients needs.

Person Centred - Prepare person-centred support plans with clients which reflect their views and aspirations and respect their beliefs and opinions, reviewing and amending them as necessary and considering the client’s changing needs and wishes.
