We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team.

This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, while also requiring you to drive people we support as part of their care and routine.



Shift Pattern:


12-hour day shifts- 8am – 8pm
24 hours weekly
Every other weekend included




Requirements:


A full UK manual driver’s license
Held your UK license for at least 2 years
25 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
Confident and comfortable driving company vehicle
Passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence
Friendly, patient, and flexible with strong communication skills




Responsibilities:


Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities
Safely transporting service users to appointments, social activities, and outings
Building positive relationships with those you support
Maintaining accurate care records
