Providing quality and personalised home care to clients including:
- Administering medication
- Meal preparation
- Personal care (washing, dressing, pressure care)
- Companionship & promoting independence
- Housekeeping & running errands
- Catheter care & mobility support
- Accompanying clients to appointments & social outings
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2+ in Health and Social Care
- Part time / Full time availability
- Alternate weekends
- Female only due to clients' needs
- Experience working with young adults with learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour
