Fitzroy Services in Uckfield supports six adults with learning disabilities. You will join an established and caring team of support workers and managers, working in a fast-paced environment with lots going on! The people we support enjoy activities such as day services, social outings, fundraising, and visits to the local pub. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents have access to the activities they choose to participate in.

About the Role:
As a support worker, you'll wake up every day feeling good about your work. No previous care experience is necessary; as long as you have the right values, we will provide training and support to help you deliver care and support that transforms lives for people with disabilities.

Working Hours:
You will work a set pattern of morning and afternoon shifts, each lasting 7.5 hours. A full-time contract is 37.5 hours per week, typically involving 5 shifts. Shifts start as early as 7 am and finish as late as 10 pm. Weekend work is essential and will be on a rotating basis, with time off in lieu during the week when weekends are worked.
