FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER

Work with Walsingham and make a real difference to people's lives.

Walsingham Support has been operating across England and Wales since 1986. We enhance the lives of people with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. Role Responsibilities:

  • Help deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs and lifestyles.
  • Ensure a safe, well-maintained environment for those we support.
  • Support service users with daily living tasks based on care plans, including personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, emotional support, social activities, and community visits.

About the Service:

Pound Farms, set within the scenic Ross-on-Wye countryside, supports 15 individuals aged 20-60 with mild to moderate learning disabilities across two flats with extensive grounds and a large communal garden.
