Female Support Worker - Full Time
Locations: Clayton-Le-Woods, Chorley, and Leyland/South Ribble

We are looking for female Support Workers to join our growing teams. This post is restricted to female applicants only under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010, due to the personal care needs of the people we support.

Key duties
  • Providing effective care and support to adults with profound learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
  • Delivering person-centred care in line with individual care plans and risk assessments - including moving and handling, personal care, and supporting with eating and drinking.
  • Enabling service users to live their chosen lifestyle, access the community, and participate in leisure activities.

  • Caring, hardworking, reliable, and flexible in approach.
  • Previous experience in care or working with people with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential - full training is provided.
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence.
