We are hiring for the following position:

• Female Support Worker
• Location: Tadley
• Full and part-time hours available
• Full UK Driving License required

We’re seeking Female Support Workers to work in our service supporting female adults with complex health needs and various learning disabilities. Our residents enjoy building an active life in their home and community.

Located in Tadley, near Basingstoke, accessible via public transport. Ideally, applicants are drivers or have access to a car, as some residents have mobility cars. This is a great opportunity to be involved in shaping the service, take ownership of your role and development, and ensure our residents have a good day every day!

Following a recent inspection in 2023, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) awarded our Hampshire supported living services a ‘Good’ rating across all five areas: safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.

Typical duties include:

• Supporting residents in daily activities and community engagement
• Facilitating social activities and family connections
• Managing residents’ finances
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming home, shopping with residents
• Providing personal care and encouragement
• Enjoying your work!

No prior social care experience is necessary. We offer comprehensive, accredited, and award-winning training at no cost, including the Health and Social Care Diploma to support your career growth.
