A community care service provider in St Albans is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist adults with varying needs. Responsibilities include implementing support plans, maintaining effective communication, and supporting daily activities. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Health and Social Care or a commitment to obtain one, along with the ability to manage challenging behaviours. Comprehensive training is offered to ensure high standards of care.
37.5 hours per week
£12.71 per hour

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, the disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
