We are looking for Female Support Workers to join our team in Southend-On-Sea. This role requires females to help and support other females within our services in Essex.

Salary: £12.65 per hour - £23,023 annually (based on 35 hours)

Support Worker Role

This role includes responsibilities such as:

1. Providing quality support by listening, discussing, and planning individuals’ goals and ambitions
2. Providing person-centred support
3. Assisting with personal care, including mealtimes and medication
4. Encouraging and empowering those we support to be independent in their daily lives

Nexus Support is a specialist provider working with people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs aged between 16 and 45, along with their families in South Essex.

Days are spent supporting people to live meaningful lives, with opportunities to develop new skills and explore interests, such as swimming, exercising, Health & Beauty, and other activities within community settings and their homes.

When not out and about, staff are available for chats and advice to help during challenging times.

You need to be available to work at least two shifts per week supporting individuals at home and in the community. Shifts include early, late, sleep-in, and alternate weekends.
