Female Support Worker - Sheffield Outreach

Full-time / Part-time (must be able to work more than 21 hours per week)

Join our friendly and welcoming team in Sheffield Outreach, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives. We deliver creative, dynamic, and person-centred services providing individualised support to people living in outreach and supported living settings.

Your role includes supporting adults with conditions such as learning disabilities, Autism, mental health, and physical conditions to live as independently as possible. You will help people learn and develop new skills, engage in meaningful activities, and support with tasks like personal care, budgeting, shopping, medication, cooking, cleaning, attending appointments, and community engagement.

This role may include full-time shift work, including evenings, sleepovers, nights, and weekends. Minimum of 2 sleep-in shifts per week and weekend work is required.

Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.

An enhanced Adult DBS check will be required for successful applicants.
