Care and Case Management Services Ltd (CCMS) are fully committed to delivering excellent support to all of our clients and their families and put their thoughts and expectations at the heart of everything we do!
CCMS are not an employment agency; we help our clients to recruit their own support workers as part of our case management service. You will be employed directly by the client; however, CCMS oversee all aspects of the client's care package on her behalf.
CCMS offer a bespoke Case Management Service for people of all ages, with a particular emphasis on those recovering from acquired brain injuries.
Ultimately, our aim is to empower and support people to reach their full potential and maximize their rehabilitation opportunities in order to promote the best quality of life.

We have an amazing opportunity for a Female Support Worker to join us full time to support a young lady with cerebral palsy and other complex needs living in her own home. The client is a wheelchair user and communicates via low tech and gestures; she is able to express her wishes and preferences to those who know her well. The client enjoys shopping, bowling, and watching various films.

*UK Driving licence is essential

What you'll be working:

Full time position available. Day and Night shifts.

Salary:

£14.88 per hour waking days

£15.43 per hour waking night

About you:

The role will involve enabling the client to engage in rehabilitation, social and recreational activities, and empowering her to be as independent as possible.
Flexible support required 2-1 care 24/7. The package will include 24/7 care during holidays and weekends.
We are seeking staff with excellent communication skills and a desire to provide individualized support.
Previous care experience with young adults is preferred.
Staff must be able to participate in a range of activities with the client such as hydrotherapy and outdoor pursuits.
The client requires full moving and handling and all aspects of personal care.
The successful applicants will receive full training for this role, input from therapists, and regular supervision by the Case Manager.
