What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting adults with complex physical, learning disabilities, and/or autism
  • Promoting positive well-being through 1-1 support
  • Being enthusiastic about their interests and preferences
  • Maintaining and developing community links and supporting independent living and life skills through community and leisure pursuits
  • Driving is essential as you will travel around Sheffield and nearby towns. (Manual car required with own car and business insurance)

Who you are:

  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise tasks to support individuals effectively
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing others at all levels
  • Capable of executing tasks with a positive attitude, even under pressure
  • A quick learner, hands-on, flexible with tasks and activities
  • Drivers essential (Manual Only) as travel is involved around Sheffield and local towns
  • Flexible with shifts between 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends
