A leading support service organization in the Liverpool area seeks an enthusiastic Female Support Worker. This role involves helping individuals with learning disabilities live independently and participate in their communities. Applicants must hold a manual driver's license. We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join the fantastic team based in the Liverpool area. It is an essential requirement for this role that you hold a MANUAL drivers licence.
Working time will be on a rota basis with shifts spread across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and sleep-ins.
As a Support Worker, you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that helps ensure the people we support live a more comfortable, dignified, liberated, and happy life. You will have excellent communication skills and be a naturally caring and patient person. Typical responsibilities may include:
