A leading disability organization is hiring a Support Worker in Seaton, Devon. In this role, you will assist adults with learning disabilities to live independently and engage in community activities. Candidates should have a caring attitude and willingness to adapt to individual needs. This position offers flexible working arrangements and supportive training opportunities.
Looking for a new challenge? We are recruiting a Support Worker for our service in Seaton, Devon, working 37.5 hours per week. For genuine occupational reasons we are looking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).
Our residential service is located in Seaton, Devon. With the seafront a few minutes’ walk away, we have access to lovely gardens and local cafés. Here we support individuals to live the life they choose, which may include accessing the beach, strolls along the seafront, and cake and coffee at a favourite café. You will support 6 adults with learning disabilities, providing real-life experiences and opportunities to live fulfilling lives and participate in experiences that bring them joy. Flexible working arrangements are available and can be discussed at interview.
