Job Title: Female Support Worker (Community Support)

Location: West Lothian

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, Part Time

Salary: £12.60 per hour

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team in West Lothian. As a support worker with Thera, you will be part of an inclusive team supporting adults with a learning disability. Using a person-centred approach, you will help create innovative ways to support an individual achieve their own personal goals.

Responsibilities will include helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, interests, and travel. You could be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.
