Job description

We’re currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and vibrant community service in Tunbridge Wells as a Female Support Worker.

This role involves supporting adults with a range of physical, mental, and behavioural needs, including autism and behaviours of concern. If you’re looking for a fulfilling role with plenty of variety and the chance to make a real difference, this could be the perfect fit!

Role Details:
  • Position: Female Support Worker
  • Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent
  • Salary: £24,829 per annum (pro rata)
  • Hours: Full-time – 39 hours per week
  • Shifts: Between 7:00am and 10:30pm, Monday to Sunday (includes mid-day shifts)
  • Driving Licence: Essential – must be willing to drive both manual & automatic service vehicles

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting individuals to participate in community activities such as swimming, bowling, and social outings.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks including personal care, managing finances, and maintaining a clean, welcoming home environment.
  • Encouraging independence and helping build social connections.
What You’ll Need:
  • Full UK driving licence (non-negotiable due to location and transport responsibilities)
  • Willingness to drive on-site vehicles (manual & automatic)
  • A caring, hands-on approach and flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
  • Previous experience working as a Support Worker (UK experience essential)
