• Full time – 37.5 hours per week
• Full UK driving licence with own car essential.
• £11.87 per hour
• Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.

About the Role:
We're looking for someone to support an amazing woman in her late 20s who loves music, board games, cinema outings, and hitting the gym. If you enjoy dancing, strategising in games like Monopoly, and motivating others like a personal trainer, you're the perfect fit!

What You'll Do:

• Dance to music, play board games, watch movies, and work out at the gym with our lady.
• Create a fun, supportive environment filled with laughter.
• Assist with chores and cheer on her activities!
• Be a friend and mentor, helping her navigate life's adventures confidently and joyfully.
• Spread positivity, inspire creativity, and make each day memorable!

What You Need:

• A zest for life, love for laughter, and passion for making memories.
• A compassionate, patient heart, and the ability to build meaningful connections.
• Experience in support work is a bonus, but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are most important!
• 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing to 35 days.
• 10% enhancement for overtime work.
• Support to complete the Care Certificate, a requirement in health and social care.
