Responsibilities
  • At our service in Chertsey, help adults with learning disabilities, autism, or physical disabilities live independently.
  • Support with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or household jobs.
  • Encourage social activities, community involvement, and family connections, including sensory & music classes, day trips and group lunches.
  • Provide respectful personal care where needed.
  • Make every day enjoyable for the people we support and for you.

No care experience? That’s OK. If you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, customer service, or childcare, you already have great transferable skills—we’ll teach you the rest.

Qualifications
  • Full UK Automatic driving license & access to own vehicle is needed due to the service having a service vehicle which successful applicants need to be willing to drive.
  • Willingness to develop in social care; training will be provided.
