We are seeking Support Workers to work with us at Church Farm Bungalow, a registered care home supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, dementia, and complex needs. The service is a 5-minute walk from bus services.

No two days are the same, but your day might include:

  • Supporting individuals in daily activities and community engagement
  • Facilitating social activities and maintaining connections with family and friends
  • Assisting with financial management
  • Keeping the home clean and going shopping
  • Providing and encouraging personal care
  • Enjoying your work!

Experience in social care is not essential. We offer comprehensive, accredited, and award-winning training programs at no cost, including the Health and Social Care Diploma to support your career progression.
