  • Long day: 10:00am – 10:00pm
  • Sleep-ins: 10:00pm – 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)

Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.

  • A strong team player who communicates well
  • Flexible and adaptable to different needs
  • Passionate about promoting independence and choice

  • A driver with a full UK driving licence

Experience is helpful but not essential — we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.

  • Flexible shift patterns to suit your needs
  • 30 days paid Annual Leave (including public holidays – pro rata)
