About the role:

Our service functions as a happy and wholesome community, with most service users having longstanding relationships. Many services are based at a single complex in Macduff, enhancing the community feel and fostering connections. Our staff team is very settled and happy, with many members having been with us for 20-30 years, bringing extensive knowledge and experience in supporting our service users.

Service users enjoy social interactions during organized events at the hub. While most live in single tenancies, some groups share interests and enjoy activities together with their friends.

We are seeking a female support worker to assist female service users with daily activities. Responsibilities include providing support and advice, personal care, household tasks, and community access.

Shifts and working hours:

Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis and may include:

• 8:00am - 5:00pm
• 9:00am - 4:00pm
• 10:00am - 7:00pm
• 5:00pm - 10:00pm
• 4:00pm - 9:00am (sleepover shifts may be required after gaining experience)

An enhanced adult PVG check is required for this role.
